ChiHosters - Basic Pack - Fantastico
Fantastico - cPanel Issue
To solve security issues related to some Fantastico applications, we need to reload Fantastico to our ChiHosters Main Servers.
Only the Chi Basic Hosting accounts are affected; YORGOOpro Packs and special hosting arrangements are not suffering from the issue.
According to data cente staff, the issue should be resolved within 24 hours, cPanels may be temporarily inaccessible.
In the mean time: the most popular Fantastico applications can be loaded manually: in case of urgence, use manual upload or contact support for any help you may need.
